Every recorded fact should let you check what the provider published and when it was read.
Sources, dates and unknowns
Product facts come from official provider product, pricing, location or documentation pages. A fact keeps its source URL and observation date. The observation date is the date the evidence was read, not the launch date or a promise that the fact is still current. Provider review dates and individual fact dates can differ.
We do not fill gaps from competitor reviews, testimonials, generic navigation, a company address or another product's capabilities. “Not on record” means the checked evidence did not establish the fact; it does not mean the capability is unsupported. Location arrays can be partial verified lists. Country totals and example connection strings are not location lists.
How prices are read
Each entry price retains the published currency, billing unit, source and date. Headline “from” prices, starter packages, volume thresholds, billing periods and other recorded conditions must remain distinguishable. We do not convert currencies or apply unrecorded coupons. A rate explicitly quoted per 1,000 units may be normalized per unit; credits are not assumed to equal requests.
A missing billing period is labeled “billing period not on record.” A displayed price is neither a checkout quote nor a promise for the country or target on a filter page. For example, a location may be available on a different geographic price tier. Review the provider's exact plan and current terms before purchasing. Failed retrievals and indexed-copy limitations are not silently promoted to live verification.
What the views establish
Lists are alphabetical, without scores, rankings or “best” verdicts. Some legacy URLs retain “best” in their address; that is not a ranking. A use-case or country view needs at least three distinct providers with matching sourced product records. Thinner legacy entries redirect to a relevant built view.
Advertising a target is not evidence that the target accepts the provider. These are provider claims, not compatibility, anonymity, availability or performance tests. Scraping APIs and proxy networks remain different product categories.
Affiliate disclosure and link attributes
Some provider links may earn a commission. They use an internal /go/ address and rel="sponsored nofollow noopener". Commercial targets are kept outside public data and generated pages. Affiliate availability never changes inclusion or ordering.
Links directly to a provider's official evidence page are non-affiliate source links and use rel="nofollow noopener". They open separately so you can compare the record with its source. A source link is not an endorsement.
