This tool makes no API calls or other network requests with your input. It does not connect to, test or rate any proxy; it only rewrites text in your browser.
One proxy per line, in any mix of the four forms above. Wrap IPv6 hosts in [brackets]. When a line without a scheme is ambiguous, host:port:user:password takes precedence.
Used by the proxy URL format only; the other formats have no place to write a scheme.

Every nonblank line that is not in the output is listed with the reason.
What counts as a duplicate?
Two lines are the same proxy when scheme, host, port, username and password all match; host names compare without regard to case. A format that cannot carry credentials or a scheme merges the lines that become identical once those parts are gone, and says so.
Why would a line be left out?
Only the proxy URL format percent-encodes credentials. A username containing :, or a password that reads like port:user, cannot be written in the colon or @ formats without turning into a different proxy, so the formatter leaves that line out and names the reason instead of writing a wrong one.
